Privacy Policy
Information used for website inquiries and the principles for handling it.
1. Purpose of processing
Information is used as needed to review and respond to product adoption, custom AX, and research or business collaboration inquiries and to discuss next steps.
2. Information collected
Required information includes product or inquiry type, organization or project name, contact name, email, message, and privacy consent. Role, phone number, and preferred timeline are optional. A consent version, server receipt time, and submission identifier for duplicate prevention are recorded when an inquiry is received.
3. Consent and choice
You may decline consent. An online inquiry cannot be accepted without permission to process the required information needed to review and answer it. Optional fields can be left blank.
4. Retention and deletion
We keep inquiries in Cloudflare D1 and the team's email inbox to answer them and discuss related work. A fixed retention period and automatic deletion schedule have not been set. To request access, correction, or deletion of the database and email copies, contact [email protected].
5. Processing and access
Website inquiries are received by Cloudflare Workers and stored in Cloudflare D1. A mail Worker sends the details to the Hugmedi team's fixed Gmail inbox. Messages sent to [email protected] also reach that inbox through Cloudflare Email Routing. / Cloudflare and Google (Gmail) handle the storage and delivery of inquiries. Inquiry details, contact information, and receipt information may be processed or stored outside the Republic of Korea. Questions about this processing can be sent to [email protected].
6. Draft preservation
An inquiry draft remains in browser memory during a language switch. Free-text entries are not saved to URLs, cookies, local storage, or analytics events. Refreshing or closing the page may remove the draft.
7. Health information and analytics
Do not include patient identifiers, clinical records, test results, or other personal health information. Product examples use synthetic data. Inquiry text, names, and email addresses are excluded from website analytics and error logs, and session replay is not used.
